In an atmosphere of a complex texture of silver, platinum, and chrome droplets two strokes of perturberance dance.

As with all my calligraphic body of work, the background is done first, then the space for the foreground figure is “removed” with solvent–back to clear, leaving remnants of the first layers of paint. The resulting “window” is repainted, interweaving the figure with ghost elements of the background which become the foreground.
